As the Spa Manager , you will direct and organize the overall operation of the spa to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and satisfaction. Our ideal Manager will understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation. Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics: Membership Conversion – coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight clients, encouraging them to join our Lifestyle Program. Revenue – drive revenue via scheduling, marketing, and upgrading services. Recruiting – build a team of passionate spa professionals. Operations – measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience. What You Need To Succeed In This Role 2 to 3 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry. Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours, including nights and a weekend day. Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skin care services. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
