We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our apartment community. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and passionate about providing excellent service while helping prospects find their next home.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
• Lease apartment homes and meet or exceed leasing goals
• Explain lease terms, community policies, and apartment features
• Process rental applications and maintain accurate resident files
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with property management software a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
